When you use services of the Rakuten Group, personal information is disclosed to "Merchants," such as shops (Store Operators) on Rakuten Ichiba and hotels (Registered Establishments) on Rakuten Travel, only to the extent necessary to perform the transaction requested - for example, reservation, purchasing or shipping a product, or responding to your inquiry.
