Non-joint-use group companies have their own privacy policy and handle personal information separately and independently from other group companies.

In other words, disclosure to these companies are regarded as "disclosure to a third party" under Japanese Personal Informaiton Protection Act even if between Rakuten Group companies.

You can find out more about disclosure of personal information to non-joint-use group companies under "provision to a third party" in "4-1.

Disclosure within the Rakuten Group" in the Privacy Policy and give us your consent.

Any personal information disclosed to a group company by the "provision to a third party" will be handled according to the receiving company's privacy policy.
