With Rakuten Group, Inc. acting as the managing company for information, we engage in the "joint use" of personal information between some group companies for personal information collected by  Rakuten Group, Inc. and these group companies.

You can find the list of these "joint use" group companies at the end of "1. What This Policy Covers." All the group companies that engage in the "joint use" adopt the Privacy Policy established by Rakuten Group, Inc.

As in the Privacy Policy, "We" refers to those group companies engaging in the "joint use." All the group companies engaging in our "joint use" have acquired ISMS (Information Security Management System) certification to maintain and enhance their information security measures.

If a group company is not ISMS-certified at the time of joining the"joint use," that group company's information security measures are assessed so that they are ISMS-certified equivalent.

Also, such a company is required to acquire ISMS certification within one year after joining.

 * Certification granted to an organization that conforms to ISO/IEC 27001, an international standard for information security.
